Payment

We accept cash, check, credit or debit card. All orders must be paid in full prior to the scheduled day of delivery & setup. No COD's.

Returns

In-Stock Items Transported by customer (to and from our location) may be returned within (7) days in new/original condition for an
exchange.

In-Stock Delivered Items are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee within (7) days in new/original condition. All delivery & setup
fees are non-refundable.

Special Orders may not be returned or cancelled.

Non-refundable items include CLEARANCE, As-ls Items, bar stools, cut yardage, California king beds, special order, delivery & setup
fees and furniture protection plans.

Pick Up

If you're one of many who prefer to take your furniture home with you, please inspect and approve each piece before loading. It is your
responsibility to ensure safe loading and transportation to your home. Please bring the necessary materials, tie-downs, and other supplies
needed to safely transport your furniture. Damage claims will not be accepted once the furniture leaves our location. If you plan to pick up
your order at a later date, please contact us at least (1) business day in advance to schedule your pick-up as they are performed on a first
come, first serve basis.

Delivery & Setup

The delivery & setup fee noted on the front of this completed order assumes the order will be delivered in a single stop.
When scheduling your delivery & setup, we can give you the date, but not the exact time. Accepted deliveries are then entered into our
routing software with all other scheduled orders of the day. We will call the afternoon before your delivery & setup with a (2) hour
estimated window once the route is finalized. Deliveries begin as early as 6AM. Please have pathways and areas clear. We are unable
to move existing furniture and electronics. Customer is responsible for measuring doorways, pathways, and room for proper fit. Please
inspect your furniture at the time of delivery & setup.

Cancellation of Delivery & Setup Date

If you must cancel your scheduled delivery & setup, please do so at least (48) hours in advance. Otherwise, as you are part of a complex
routing sequence that often exceeds (16) stops and more than (400) miles, your order will be assessed a $75.00 handling fee.

Estimates & Shipping Delays

Estimates are based on the manufacturer's typical lead time. This estimate is subject to change due to a number of variables beyond ourcontrol including: inclement weather, transportation, shortage of materials, and production issues. We will notify you as soon as we receive
this information, but please understand, we are not responsible for unexpected delays or any liability therein. Delayed items are non-cancellable.

Storage

Should your order arrive to us before you are ready for delivery & installation, we will store your order for (30) days free of charge, After the(30) day period, we can arrange storage at a monthly fee of 3.5% of the total order. Stored items must be paid in full and applicable
warranties begin.

Restraint Devices

If anti-tipping restraints are supplied by the furniture manufacturer, it is highly recommended you utilize them. Good's Furniture is unable
to install them and assumes no responsibility for the installation of any anti-tipping restraint device.

Warranty

Furniture is warrantied for (1) year against manufacturing defects that may arise through the normal and intended use of the item.
Furniture will be repaired according to the manufacturer's provisions. Manufacturer warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, or
cosmetic concerns such as nicks or scratches. Evidence of misuse, neglect and/or abuse, accidental damage, or signs of pet use will
result in a voided warranty. Fabrics, leathers and wood finishes are not warrantied against surface scratches, fading, stretching, staining,
natural characteristics, excessive wear or variation of color from samples.

The following attributes of furniture are not manufacturing defects and are considered normal with use.

Cushions: Loss of cushion resilience, softening and flattening of cushion foam and fibers. Seat and back cushions will relax with use and
material will develop comfort wrinkles. Cushion materials will conform to the shape of the user.

Leather: No two hides of leather are alike; variations in color, texture and markings occur naturally. As leather stretches to fit your body,
it will develop comfort wrinkles where you sit and a beautiful patina will develop with use.

Upholstery: Shading, crushing and pilling are normal with use.

Wood: No two trees are alike; Mineral marks, pitch pockets, pitting, color and grain variations are naturally occurring and part of the beauty.

As-ls Items carry no warranty.

Manufacturer warranties do not cover transportation costs. Transportation charges will be waived within the first (30) days of delivery &
setup and thereafter will be at the customer's expense. Price adjustments and loaner items are not available.
