The Day Before Your Delivery:
Once our routes are finalized, we will call you the day before your delivery with a two-hour time frame for your delivery & set-up.
Our warehouse team will unpack, inspect, and prepare your furniture for delivery & set-up. We take great care and time to ensure everything is complete and everything is looking good prior to our arrival at your home!
While we prepare your order, all power components, movable pieces, mechanisms, and drawers and doors tested if applicable.
We make every effort we can to ensure that your order came in correctly and it is ready for good living in your family.
Cleaning glass, mirrors, tops of dressers, chests, and tables.
All power components, moveable pieces, mechanisms, and drawers and doors tested where applicable.
Once signed off by our Quality Control, it is ready to be loaded!
Our Delivery & Set-up Teams approve each piece personally after being ok’d by our Quality Control Team. If approved, we will carefully place your new furniture in the truck and protect it with padded blankets and straps to prevent damage while in transit.
On Your Delivery Day:
A warm introduction upon our arrival to your home and a quick tour to find the best route to your furniture’s destination.
Careful entry and moving of your new furniture by our own courteous and professional Delivery & Set-up Teams to room of your choice.
All power components, moveable pieces, mechanisms, and drawers and doors tested where applicable again once set up.
Set-up of most items, such as setting up bedrooms, entertainment centers, attaching hardware, installing shelves, attaching mirrors and hutches, and setting up bed frames.
All power components, moveable pieces (such as reclining furniture), mechanisms, and drawers and doors are tested once installed in your home.
Removal of all packing materials from your home.A follow-up phone call by your sales associate to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Helpful Hints on Delivery & Set-up Day:
To avoid accidents in your home, please remove all pictures, plaques, mirrors, loose rugs and any breakable items from the entrance and hallways that will be used by the delivery team.
Have all pathways free and clear of obstructions.
During winter, kindly have sidewalks and driveway clear of ice and snow.
Traffic delays, difficult deliveries, bad weather, and other situations may delay our arrival time at your home. Our delivery & set-up team will call you if we expect to arrive outside our estimated 2-hour time window and keep you as updated as possible.

Our warehouse is open 6 days a week for your convenience. Monday thru Saturday 9AM-4PM.
Pick-up is available at no cost. Please bring packing materials (i.e., blankets, straps, etc.) to properly secure your new goodies. To ensure that your furniture is ready for you, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice. Please call (309) 937-5656 to schedule your pick-up.
Our warehouse team will be happy to load your vehicle; however, the responsibility of safely transporting your furniture is yours.Pick-ups are done on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please be aware that if you choose our free pick-up option a trip charge will apply to service calls if needed.
