By reserving an appointment for your Good’s experience, you will be provided with a Sales Associate who you can interact with prior to your visit and share information with about your plans to best ensure that your time in our showrooms is customized to your needs.
We offer a huge range of in-stock furniture, mattresses, and accessories throughout our 12 multi-level buildings, spanning three-city blocks here in downtown, Kewanee, IL that are ready for immediate pick-up or delivery scheduling. We continue to replenish our stock with truckloads full of furniture and mattresses every day to offer you the best options available.
Status Updates For Your Existing Order
Due to the COVID pandemic and recent storms, the furniture industry is experiencing unprecedented demand coupled with supply chain disruption and workforce shortages unlike we have ever seen before. Freight transport companies are also having their own challenges keeping up with the demand and workforce shortages. All these factors are adding additional and uncertain delays. At the time of your purchase, your Sales Associate provided you with an estimated lead time for your order. Please be aware that this estimate is subject to change based on updated information we receive from the manufacturer. We are continuously checking on the progress of your order throughout the entire process. We will do our absolute best to provide accurate updates and fulfill your order as soon as we possibly can. Furniture Delivery and Setup, Contactless Delivery and Pick-up
Premium Delivery and Setup – We continue to offer our top rated Premium Delivery and Set Up in your home. We kindly ask that you and anyone home at the time of delivery practice social distancing for the safety of our team and your family.
Contactless Delivery – We also offer to the front door or garage delivery to limit contact and exposure, at your request. Please let us know if you prefer this type of delivery service by contacting our delivery department at (309) 937-5656.
Pick-Up – Customer pick-up is available at our distribution center and main store locations, Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 4PM. Please bring pads and the necessary tie down equipment.
